ATTENTION ALL OU STUDENTS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR GRADES

You can view your grades (usually one week after finals are over) on the web by logging on to the Student Services system.

If you have a printer attached to your computer, and you do not have a financial hold with the University, you can print an unofficial transcript

Paper grade reports are NOT automatically be mailed.

If you are unable to print an unofficial copy of your record, or need an official transcript, you can order a transcript through the Office of Academic Records, either in person or by fax or by mail.
Orders can be placed any time -- if they are ordered before grades are posted, you just need to indicate that the transcript should be held until after grades are processed.

There is no charge for official or unofficial transcripts.
