Enrollment

Welcome to the Division of Enrollment Management at the University of Oklahoma!

The three student support teams of Admissions and Recruitment, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and the Office of the Registrar in our division collaborate and integrate services to provide student-centered enrollment support throughout all stages of a student’s educational journey. Meanwhile, our Enrollment Communications, Strategic Technology, and Administration and Compliance teams support the front facing departments and ensure that everyone is working together to aid students. There is a continuum of experience and expectation between the point of being a prospective student through graduation. For a student to have a great experience, their recruitment and admission, financial aid and scholarships, and enrollment experiences must be of high quality. There are many choices in the ever-changing landscape of higher education, and it is up to our team to ensure we attract and serve great students and that they can thrive at the University of Oklahoma.

Higher education has the power to change lives, and because of that, we take our role in an OU student’s experience very seriously. There is a strong correlation between student satisfaction and recruitment and retention, so our success as a division is predicated on our ability to help students find both academic and social success.
